The story of Love Ecuador Chocolates begins with the Podvin family and our bond with Quito, Ecuador. After years away, Kevin and Linda returned to the capital to reconnect with family… and that trip changed everything.
While staying at a local resort, they met the owner of KAMM Chocolates. What started as a simple conversation blossomed into a deep, lasting friendship. From that connection came our greatest honor: becoming the exclusive U.S. distributor of KAMM Chocolates.
Since then, our family has traveled across Ecuador witnessing the entire tree-to-bar process. Seeing how these ancient trees — some over 100 years old — are cared for with reverence, and how every part of the fruit is honored, deepened our love for what true Ecuadorian chocolate really means.
